Worked closely with the development company during project inception, design, turnover, and stabilization. Developed partnerships with stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the original design and the purpose of the project remained in place.  Answered RFPs, Brought on New 3rd party Businesses then maintained fee management relationships.

 

Senior Vice President - Oversaw the Operations of 11,000 units located throughout 14 states.

The Portfolio included Mixed-Financed communities as well as Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, Market Rate, Hope VI, and CNIs.  Additional responsibilities included HUD and State Agency reporting, Public Housing Authority interaction, and Lease Ups.

Regional Property Manager - The portfolio included 3,200 units located in St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Kansas City, comprised of conventional properties, student properties as well as HUD properties. Also included 35,000 square feet of commercial space.  Responsible for overall property performance from an operational and financial standpoint.  Duties included annual budgets, annual HUD contract renewal and compliance, marketing of all properties, personnel oversite, and regulatory partner compliance.
